    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined herbal preparation

    Camphor

    It shows analgesic, local irritating, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action. Reflexively improves the trophism of tissues and organs by excitation of nerve endings of the skin.

    Levomenthol

    When installing levomenthol causes irritation of nerve endings, expansion of surface vessels of the skin and mucous membranes, which is accompanied by a feeling of coolness, an anesthetic effect and an end to itching.

    Methylsalicylate

    Has analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect. Reduces infiltration and edema, improves microcirculation by reducing the increased permeability of capillaries.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Does not have a systemic effect.

    Indications:

    It is used for symptomatic treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract, facilitating nasal breathing in rhinitis and nasal congestion.

    Contraindications:

    Bronchial asthma, whooping cough, bronchospasm, individual intolerance.

    Carefully:Individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.
    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Recommendations for FDA - category is not defined. Application during pregnancy and during lactation is contraindicated.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Children 6-11 years: 1 breath in each nasal opening not more often than after 2 hours.

    From the age of 12 it is applied in the same way as adults.

    2 breaths in each nasal passage every 2 hours.

    The highest daily dose: up to 8-10 breaths.

    The highest single dose: 2 breaths.

    Side effects:

    Bronchospasm, sneezing, burning sensation, increased nasal congestion.

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not described.

    Interaction:

    Clinically significant interactions are not described.

    Special instructions:

    It is not recommended to use the drug for more than 3 days.

    Each patient should use an individual pencil to avoid the spread of infection.
