    Composition:

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, has a local irritating (distracting), anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect.

    With external application, menthol has a local irritating, local anesthetic and antiseptic effect, camphor - local irritating and antiseptic action. Methylsalicylate has an anti-inflammatory effect, it helps to reduce pain after suction through the skin.

    Indications:

    As a symptomatic in complex therapy:

    - inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract accompanied by cough;

    - Muscle pain, including low back pain with sciatica, lumbago, rheumatic pain, pain with bruises.

    Contraindications:
    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; The bronchial asthma provoked by reception of an acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs; damage to the skin; The presence of skin diseases in the areas of the intended application of the drug; children under 3 years.
    Pregnancy and lactation:
    The use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible according to the doctor's prescription.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly.

    Ointment is used in adults and children over 3 years (in the absence of other doctor's recommendations) 2-3 times a day.

    In inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract accompanied by a cough: the drug is applied to the intact skin of the chest, neck and back and rubbed. With muscular pain, including back pain with sciatica, lumbago, rheumatic pain, pain with bruises: the drug is applied to the painful area and rubbed with soft massage movements. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor.

    Side effects:
    Allergic reactions, bronchospasm are possible.
    Overdose:
    So far, no cases of overdose have been reported.
    Interaction:
    Methylsalicylate increases the effect of anticoagulants, methotrexate upon absorption, which should be taken into account when using the drug.
    Special instructions:

    Use only for external use.

    Do not apply to sensitive areas of the skin, including the face (especially the nose). In case of contact with ointment on sensitive areas, immediately flush the preparation with plenty of clean water.

    Avoid contact with the eyes. If you get into the mucous membrane of the eye, the ointment should be washed off with plenty of warm water.
