Pharmacodynamics:

Rehydrating agent, has a detoxification effect. Normalizes the acid-base state. Replenishes the deficiency of the volume of circulating blood, stabilizes the water and electrolyte composition of the blood. Lactate is metabolized in the body to bicarbonate, so the solution has an alkalizing effect. The solution is close to isotonic, osmolarity - 278 mosmol / l.

Indications:Hypovolemia, isotonic dehydration, metabolic acidosis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, hypervolemia, hypertonic dehydration, hyperkalemia, hypernatremia, arterial hypertension, cardiac and / or renal insufficiency, hyperchloremia, alkalosis, hepatic insufficiency (decrease in the formation of bicarbonate from lactate), hyperlactacidemia.

Carefully:Respiratory failure, acute dehydration, simultaneous treatment glucocorticoid agents.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Dosing and Administration:

Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, androgens, anabolic steroids, estrogens, corticotropin, ISS, vasodilators and ganglion blockers increase the risk of hypernatremia; potassium-sparing diuretics, drugs K⁺ - Hyperkalemia. It alkalinizes the urine and inhibits the excretion of drugs that have an alkaline reaction.

Accelerates excretion Li+ and salicylates.
