    Pharmacodynamics:Chlorophyllin-OZ - a mixture of chlorophylls, obtained from the leaves of eucalyptus. The drug has antibacterial (bacteriostatic and bactericidal) effects, especially for staphylococci, including antibiotic-resistant strains. Chlorophyllin-OZ has an anti-inflammatory effect.
    Indications:Infectious-inflammatory diseases caused by staphylococci, including antibiotic-resistant strains: burns,long unhealed wounds and trophic ulcers of limbs; cervical erosion; for the prevention of postoperative complications, as well as for the sanation of the intestine with staphylococcal carriage.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
    When administered orally, children under 18 years of age.
    Pregnancy and lactation:The results of specially conducted experimental studies have shown that chlorophyllin-O3 is non-toxic and does not have teratogenic and embryotoxic properties. During pregnancy and lactation, the use of the drug is possible, assess the ratio of benefit and harm.
    Dosing and Administration:Assign inside and topically.
    When used internally in adults, 5 ml of chlorophyllin-OZ is diluted in 30 ml of water. To sanitize the intestine with staphylococcal carriage and prevent postoperative complications, chlorophyllin-O3 is prescribed 3 times a day 40 minutes before meals every 2-3 weeks. When sanitizing the intestine, the drug is also administered in an enema - 20 ml of 1% alcohol solution dilute 1 liter of water (dose for 1 enema). Enema with chlorophyllin-OZ povt.chzere every 2 days. The course of treatment consists of 10 procedures.
    When topical application (treatment of burns, long-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of limbs), chlorophyllin-OZ alcohol solution 1% is diluted with 0.25% solution of novocaine in a ratio of 1: 5 and used as impregnated dressing gauze bandages. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
    In the treatment of cervical erosion, all the folds of the vaginal mucosa and the vaginal part of the cervix are previously drained with swabs and the cannula of the cervix is ​​lubricated with a solution of chlorophyllin-OZ alcohol diluted 1:10. Manipulation is carried out for 10 days daily, after which for 2 weeks the patient should douche with the solution of the drug (1 tablespoon of chlorophyllin-OZ solution alcohol 1% per 1 liter of water). In case of incomplete epithelization of erosion, the course of treatment should be repeated.
    Side effects:There may be allergic reactions.

    Overdose:Perhaps increased side effects.
    Interaction:It should be borne in mind that in the presence of residues of hydrogen peroxide in the wound, chlorophyllin-O3 precipitates. Therefore, after washing the wound with hydrogen peroxide, its residues must be removed with a sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution.
    Special instructions:- With topical application (treatment of burns, long healing wounds and trophic ulcers of the extremities), the procedure can be alternated with 2% oily chlorophyllin-OZ solution.
    - Regardless of the chosen method of application, sensitivity to chlorophyllin-OZ is determined, for which the patient drinks 25 drops of the drug dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water. If there are no signs of allergy in 6-8 hours (swelling of the lips, mucous throat, etc.), the drug can be used.
