    Pharmacodynamics:It has antibacterial (bacteriostatic and bactericidal) action, especially for staphylococci, including antibiotic-resistant strains. Has anti-inflammatory effect.
    Indications:In the complex treatment of burns, long non-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of limbs; cervical erosion; during lactationto prevent cracks in the nipples.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
    Pregnancy and lactation:During pregnancy, use after consulting a doctor.
    Dosing and Administration:Apply locally.
    In the treatment of burns, long-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of limbs, the drug is used in the form of oil-impregnated gauze dressings. The procedure can be alternated with 1% alcohol solution of chlorophyllipt diluted with 0.25% solution of novocaine in a ratio of 1: 5. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
    In the treatment of cervical erosions, all the folds of the vaginal mucosa, the vaginal part of the cervix, and the cervical canal 2% with an oil solution of chlorophyllipt are pre-dried with swabs. The swab moistened in the preparation is left on the cervix for 15-20 minutes. Manipulation is carried out for 10 days daily. Further, for 2 weeks, after each syringing with a diluted alcohol solution of chlorophyllipt (1 tablespoon of the drug per 1 liter of water), a swab densely moistened with an oil solution of chlorophyllipt is left in the vagina for 12 hours. In the case of incomplete epithelization of erosion, the course of treatment is repeated.
    In order to prevent nipple cracks, nursing mothers lubricate the nipples after each feeding. Before the beginning of the next feeding, the preparation is thoroughly washed off with boiled water.
    Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible.
    Overdose:Overdose may increase the side effects.
    Treatment: symptomatic.
    Interaction:When combined with hydrogen peroxide for the treatment of burns and trophic ulcers, chlorophyllipt precipitates. To avoid this, after applying hydrogen peroxide, the wound should be washed with a sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution.
    Special instructions:Before treatment, it is necessary to check the sensitivity of the patient to the drug by local application of a small amount of the drug. In the absence of allergic reactions (hyperemia, pruritus), you can prescribe course treatment with the drug; In the presence of allergic reactions, the drug is contraindicated.
