    Pharmacodynamics:
    Chlorophyllipt is a mixture of chlorophylls, obtained from the leaves of eucalyptus. The drug has antibacterial (bacteriostatic and bactericidal) effect, especially with respect to staphylococci, including antibiotic-resistant strains. Chlorophyllipt also has anti-inflammatory properties.
    Indications:In the complex treatment of burns, long non-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of limbs; cervical erosion; in the period of breastfeeding to prevent nipple cracks.
    Contraindications:
    Individual sensitivity to the components of the drug. Age to 18 years.
    Pregnancy and lactation:
    The use of the drug during pregnancy is contraindicated. The use of the drug during breastfeeding is possible after consultation with the doctor.

    Dosing and Administration:
    Apply topically;
    In the treatment of burns, long-healing wounds and trophic ulcers of extremities, Chlorophyllipt is used in the form of oil-impregnated gauze dressings. The procedure can be alternated with 1% alcohol solution of Chlorophyllipt diluted with 0.25% solution of novocaine in a ratio of 1: 5. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
    In the treatment of cervical erosions, all the folds of the vaginal mucosa and the vaginal part of the cervix and the oil solution are drained with swabs. Chlorophyllipt lubricates the cervical canal. The tampon moistened in the preparation is left on the cervix for 15-20 minutes. Manipulation is carried out for 10 days daily. In the future, for 2 weeks, after each syringing, a tampon moistened with an oil solution of Chlorophyllipt is left in the vagina for 12 hours. In case of incomplete epithelization of erosion, the course of treatment should be repeated.
    To prevent cracks in the nipples, nursing mothers lubricate the nipples after each feeding of the baby. Before the beginning of the next feeding, the preparation is thoroughly washed off with boiled water.
    Side effects:Allergic reactions.
    Overdose:
    If the recommended dosages are exceeded, an increase in the side effect is possible.
    Cases of overdose are not registered.
    Interaction:
    It should be borne in mind that in the presence of residues of hydrogen peroxide in the wound, Chlorophyllipt precipitates. Therefore, after washing the wound with hydrogen peroxide, its residues must be removed with a sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution.

    Special instructions:
    When treating cervical erosion for syringing, 1% alcohol solution is used Chlorophyllipt diluted in the ratio: 1 tablespoon alcohol solution per 1 liter of water.
    Before treatment, it is necessary to check the sensitivity of the patient to the drug by local application of a small amount of the drug. In the absence after 6-8 hours of allergic reactions (hyperemia, pruritus), you can prescribe course treatment with the drug, in the presence of allergic reactions the drug is contraindicated.

    The drug has no effect on the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving, working with moving mechanisms).
