4 filter bags (6 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes. Filter packs are squeezed out, the volume of the obtained infusion is brought to boiling water to 200 ml.
Take inside 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before eating.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
