4 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes, the filter bags are squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Inside, the infusion is used for 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
