About 10 g of crushed raw materials (2 tablespoons) are placed in enameled ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain through a double layer gauze, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the obtained infusion is brought to boiling water up to 200 ml.
Inside, the infusion is used for 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals. Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
