15 g (1 tablespoon) of raw materials are placed in enameled dishes, poured 200 ml of boiled water, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, filtered, squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day.
Externally, rinses are used 1/2-l a glass of broth in a warm form.
It is recommended to stir up the broth before use.
