Pharmacodynamics:Hypoazotemic means of plant origin; has anti-inflammatory and diuretic effect. Helps reduce the concentration of nitrogen metabolism products in the blood, increases the clearance of nitrogen compounds (urea, creatinine and uric acid), increases glomerular filtration. Increases the excretion of nitrogenous slags in the urine, increases diuresis, increases the excretion of sodium and, to a lesser extent, potassium.
Pharmacokinetics:Not studied.
Indications:Applied in adults with chronic renal failure of various origins in latent compensated and intermittent stages as part of complex therapy.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, liver disease, alcoholism, craniocerebral trauma, brain disease, pregnancy, lactation, children under 18 years.
Pregnancy and lactation:Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Dosing and Administration:Inside, 5 ml (1 teaspoon) - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3-4 times a day. Dilution of the preparation with water before use is permitted. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. Conducting a second course of treatment is possible in 2-3 weeks after consulting a doctor.
Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible, in rare cases - hyponatremia.
Overdose:There is no information about drug overdose.
Interaction:When used as a tincture, it is not possible to prescribe a drug to patients receiving treatment with drugs that depress the central nervous system, insulin, hypoglycemic agentsmetformin, sulfonylureas derivatives); drugs that cause alcohol intolerance (disulfiram-like action).
Special instructions:With the development of hyponatremia, it should be compensated by the administration of sodium preparations.
When used as a tincture: due to the presence of ethanol in the preparation, it is possible to reduce the rate of psychomotor reactions, which should be taken into account when engaging in potentially dangerous activities requiring an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
