    Composition:

    To prepare 1000 ml of extract use:

    Lepidoptera of two-colored shoots - 708 g.

    Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) 95% -1210 ml.

    Purified water - 680 ml.

    Anisa oil - 0.7 g.

    Description:

    The liquid is from light brown with an orange tint to a reddish-brown color, with a specific smell. It is allowed to have a light deposit during storage.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Laspeflan is a liquid extract obtained from shoots of a two-color Lespedians Lespedeza bicolor (Turcz.) bean family Fabaceae and contains a sum of flavonoids of at least 0.05% in terms of luteolin-7-glucoside. The drug has a diuretic, hypoazotemic action: it strengthens the glomerular filtration, helps to reduce the concentration of nitrogen metabolism products in the blood, increases the clearance of nitrogen compounds (urea, creatinine and uric acid).

    Indications:

    Laspeflan is used in adults with chronic renal failure of various origins in latent compensated and intermittent stages as part of complex therapy.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, liver disease, alcoholism, craniocerebral trauma, brain disease, pregnancy, lactation, children under 18 years.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Lespidlane is used internally for 5-15 ml (1 teaspoon -1 tablespoon) 3-4 times a day. Dilution of the preparation with water before use is permitted. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. Conducting a second course of treatment is possible in 2-3 weeks after consulting a doctor.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible, in rare cases - hyponatremia.

    Interaction:

    Due to the presence of alcohol, it is not possible to prescribe a drug to patients receiving treatment with drugs that depress the central nervous system, insulin, hypoglycemic agents (metformin, sulfonylureas derivatives); drugs that cause alcohol intolerance (disulfiram-like action).

    Special instructions:

    With the development of hyponatremia, it should be compensated by the administration of sodium preparations.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    The maximum daily dose of the drug contains 18.9 grams of absolute alcohol,as a result, it is possible to reduce the speed of psychomotor reactions, which should be taken into account when driving vehicles and work requiring concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

    Form release / dosage:Extract liquid for oral administration.
    Packaging:

    To 100 ml in bottles of orange glass with a screw mouth, sealed with stoppers plastic and screwed plastic caps. Each bottle, along with instructions for use, is placed in a pack of cardboard for consumer containers.

    Storage conditions:

    List B. In the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 25 C.

    Shelf life:
