    The effect is caused by phenolic glycosides (arbutin, methylarbutin), organic acids, flavonoids, tannins contained in the bearberry leaves; in the flowers of marigolds - flavonoids, carotenoids; in fruits of dill garden - essential oil; in the rhizomes and roots of Eleutherococcus - phenolic compounds, eleutherosides; in the leaves of peppermint - essential oil, flavonoids.

    Raw materials are harvested: 10 g of raw material (2 tablespoons) are placed in enameled dishes, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take inside, in a warm form for 1/3 cup 3 times a day for 20-30 minutes before meals for 2-4 weeks.

    Collecting powder (filter bags): 2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 30 minutes, the filter bags are squeezed.The volume of the obtained aqueous extract is brought to boiling water to 100 ml. Take inside, 1/2 cup 3 times a day for 20-30 minutes before meals for 2-4 weeks.
