2 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the obtained aqueous extract is brought to boiling water to 100 ml. Take 1/2 cup 3 times a day for 20-30 minutes before meals for 2 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
