Pharmacodynamics:Antiseptic; coagulates proteins (including enzymes) of a microbial cell, violates the permeability of the cell wall.

Contraindications:Violations of kidney function, child age, treatment of the mammary glands (before feeding the baby), pregnancy, hypersensitivity to boric acid.

Dosing and Administration:Locally.
With acute and chronic otitis 3-5 drops are applied to the turunda and injected into the external auditory meatus 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment should not exceed 3-5 days.
Side effects:PIn long-term use, as well as in case of renal dysfunction, acute and chronic toxic reactions may occur (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, headache, confusion, convulsions, oliguria, shock).
Overdose:There are no data on the drug overdose. Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction:Do not use simultaneously with other external means.
Special instructions:Do not apply over large areas of the body. Do not apply externally on hair-covered areas with acute inflammatory skin diseases.
