Pharmacodynamics:Pharmacological action - antimicrobial, bacteriostatic, antifungal, fungistatic, anti-seborrheic, antipsoriatic.
The spectrum of action includes a number of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, streptococci, staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Proteus, fungi and other pathogenic microorganisms; has a bacteriostatic and fungistatic effect. The greatest activity is shown in the group of fungi Pityrosporum (Pityrosporum ovale, Pityrosporum orbiculare) - one of the main factors of the pathogenesis of inflammation, hyperproliferation of the epidermis in psoriasis, seborrhea and other skin diseases. Causes selective cytostasis, including skin cells in the stage of hyperproliferation. Stabilizes the cell membranes, normalizes the activity of a number of membrane-bound enzymes.
Pharmacokinetics:It accumulates in the deep layers of the epidermis, penetrates into the systemic blood flow in insignificant amounts.
Indications:Psoriasis, including the scalp, seborrhea, dandruff, eczema, pruritus, dermatitis, neurodermatitis,inflammation and increased skin peeling; diseases caused by bacteria Pityrosporum (colored lichen, seborrheic dermatitis).

There is no information on the penetration into breast milk. Adverse effects in humans are not recorded.
Dosing and Administration:Apply externally to the affected areas of the skin or scalp. The frequency of application and duration of treatment is determined individually, depending on the indications, the dosage form used, the speed at which the clinical effect is achieved.
Aerosol. Shake vial a few times before use. Spray onto affected areas from a distance of 15 cm 2-3 times a day until the manifestation of the clinical effect and within 1 week after the disappearance of the symptoms.
The cream is applied a thin layer on the affected areas 2 times a day for 1-1.5 months with psoriasis, 3-4 weeks for atopic dermatitis, and for other diseases - until the symptoms disappear completely.
Shampoo. Apply the necessary amount of shampoo (depending on the hair length) on the moistened hair and rub into the scalp until the foam forms, then wash the hair and apply the shampoo again, the foam on the head is left for about 5 minutes and then thoroughly washed off with a large amount of water. Wash your head 2-3 times a week for 2 weeks, then - if necessary. Shampoo should be shaken thoroughly before use.
Side effects:Local allergic reactions, dryness and irritation of the skin (with prolonged or excessive use of shampoo).
Overdose:Not described. Treatment: gastric lavage.
Interaction:It is not recommended to be used together with topical preparations containing glucocorticoids.
Special instructions:If any of the forms fall into the eyes, they should be rinsed with plenty of cold, clean water.
In case of accidental ingestion, it is necessary to wash the stomach, administer a generous drink, salt laxatives.
