    Composition:

    Excipients: cellulose microcrystalline, corn starch, povidone K 30, talc, magnesium stearate, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), dye crimson [Ponso 4R], methylparahydroxybenzoate.

    Description:

    Tablets of pink color with impregnations of dark pink, light pink and white color biconvex capsular shaped with oblique margins, on one side of the risk.

    Pharmacotherapeutic group:Remedy for elimination of symptoms of acute respiratory disease and "colds" (analgesic non-narcotic remedy + alpha-adrenostimulator + H1-histamine receptor blocker + psychostimulant).

    Pharmacodynamics:

    The combined agent, antipyretic, analgesic, alpha-adrenostimulating, vasoconstrictive and antihistamine action, eliminates the symptoms of "cold". Caffeine stimulates the psychomotor centers of the brain, increases the effect of analgesics, eliminates drowsiness and fatigue, increases physical and mental performance, shortens the reaction time, temporarily reduces fatigue and drowsiness.

    Paracetamol is a non-narcotic analgesic; blocks cyclooxygenase, mainly in the central nervous system (CNS), affecting the centers of pain and thermoregulation; has analgesic and antipyretic effect.

    Phenylephrine is an alpha-adrenomimetic with a moderate vasoconstrictor effect. Chlorphenamine is a blocker of H1-histamine-receptors. Narrows the vessels of the nose, eliminates swelling and flushing of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, nasopharynx and paranasal sinuses; reduces exudative manifestations, suppresses the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

    Pharmacokinetics:
    Indications:

    Symptomatic treatment of "cold" diseases, flu, ARVI, infectious and allergic rhinitis (febrile syndrome, pain syndrome, rhinorrhea).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, pronounced atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries, high blood pressure, diabetes, feohromotsigoma, pregnancy, lactation, children under 14 years.

    Carefully:

    Deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; liver and / or renal failure, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia; congenital psherbilirubinemii (Gilbert syndrome, Dubin-Johnson and Rotor), thyrotoxicosis, COPD (emphysema, chronic bronchitis), simultaneous tricyclic antidepressants and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) and beta-adrenoblokatrrov.

    Pregnancy and lactation:contraindicated
    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside, adults and children over 14 years - 1 tablet at intervals of 4-6 hours, but not more than 4 tablets a day. If there is no relief of symptoms within 3 days after starting the drug, you should see a doctor.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions (skin rash, itching, hives, angioedema), nausea, epigastric pain; anemia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis. Increased excitability, dizziness, increased blood pressure, violation of falling asleep.Mydriasis, paresis of accommodation, increased intraocular pressure, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain; retention of urine.

    With prolonged use in large doses - hepatotoxic action, hemolytic or aplastic anemia, methemoglobinemia, pancytopenia; nephrotoxicity (renal colic, glucosuria, interstitial nephritis, papillary necrosis).

    Overdose:

    Symptoms: paracetamol (with the intake of more than 10-15 g) - pallor of the skin, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, toxic hepatitis, until the development of hepatonecrosis, increased activity of "liver" transaminases, increased prothrombin time.

    Treatment: symptomatic, gastric lavage, administration of donators SH-groups and precursors of glutathione-methionine synthesis 8-9 hours after an overdose and N- acetylcysteine ​​- after 12 h.

    Interaction:

    Strengthens the effects of MAO inhibitors, sedatives, ethanol. Ethanol strengthens the sedative effect of antihistamine drugs. Antidepressants, antiparkinsonian and antipsychotic drugs, phenothiazine derivatives increase the risk of urinary retention, dry mouth, constipation.Glucocorticosteroids increase the risk of developing glaucoma.

    Paracetamol reduces the effectiveness of uricosuric drugs. Chlorphenamine simultaneously with MAO inhibitors, furazolidone can lead to hypertensive crisis, agitation, hyperpyrexia. Tricyclic antidepressants strengthen the adrenomimetic effect of phenylephrine, the simultaneous administration of halothane increases the risk of ventricular arrhythmia. Reduces the hypotensive effect of guanethidine, which, in turn, enhances the alpha-adrenostimulating activity of phenylephrine.

    Special instructions:

    During the treatment period, the parameters of the peripheral blood and the functional state of the liver are monitored. During the period of treatment it is necessary to refrain from driving motor vehicles and practicing potentially dangerous activities that require an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions, one should not take ethanol, hypnotics and anxiolytic drugs (tranquilizers). Not take together with other medicines containing substances included in the preparation. If symptoms persist for 3 days, consult a doctor.
