    Composition:

    Each tablet contains:

    Active substances: paracetamol 500 mg; caffeine 30 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg;

    Excipients: cellulose, microcrystalline 64.70 mg, starch corn 94.0 mg, gelatin 4.0 mg, povidone-KZO 5.0 mg, methyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.75 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.075 mg, talc 15.0 mg, magnesium stearate 7.0 mg, carboxymethyl starch sodium 17.0 mg.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug. Paracetamol has antipyretic and analgeticheskoe action.

    Phenylephrine vasoconstrictive action, promoting thereby eliminating nasal congestion and reducing the discharge from the nose.

    Chlorpheniramine has antiallergic and decongestant action.Reduces permeability vessels, eliminates swelling and flushing nasal mucosa, suppresses symptoms allergic rhinitis, making breathing easier.

    Caffeine has a stimulating influence on the central nervous system, which leads to a decrease fatigue and drowsiness, to increase mental and physical working capacity.

    Indications:
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to components of the drug; simultaneous taking other drugs containing substances in the preparation Rinicold; simultaneous reception tricyclic antidepressants, inhibitors of MAO, beta-blockers; pregnancy, lactation; children's age (up to 6 years).

    Carefully:

    With caution in the deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; diseases of the blood, liver and / or renal failure, closed-angle glaucoma, prostate adenoma; Gilbert's syndrome, arterial hypertension, thyroid gland diseases, diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma.
