    V.07.A.C   Aids for blood transfusion

    Pharmacodynamics:Hemoconvant HFG has a direct anticoagulant effect. SAGM ensures the preservation of red blood cells within 42 days due to an increase in the functional activity and viability of erythrocytes. Adenine added to SAGM is used by red blood cells to synthesize ATP, resulting in increased viability.
    Indications:CFG - canning of blood;
    SAGM - preservation of red blood cells.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity.
    Dosing and Administration:Blood is collected in polymeric containers for 450 ml of blood with a solution of hemoconvant of CFG with a volume of 63 ml. The ratio of the hemoconvant solution to the blood is 14 ml per 100 ml of whole blood. - The SAGM solution is added to the erythrocyte concentrate obtained after removal of the plasma from the centrifuged whole blood. The preparation of blood and the preparation of components from it is carried out in accordance with the "Instruction for the Preparation and Preservation of Blood" approved by the Russian Federation M3 on 05/29/1995 and the manufacturer's instruction on the use of a medical device! The use of blood components is carried out in accordance with the "Instruction on the use of blood components," approved by Order No. 363 of the Russian Federation of 03.11.2002.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions.
    Overdose:When used in accordance with the instruction, the possibility of adverse reactions is negligible. The most important symptom of overdose is the appearance of paresthesia, which requires the cessation or reduction of the rate of administration.
    When blood paresthesia or its components, paresthesias, muscle spasms and convulsions in the extremities appear during the transfusion, it is necessary to immediately stop the injection of blood or its component and administer calcium preparations.
    Interaction:Incompatible with other medicines.
    Special instructions:Do not use the container if it is damaged or if the solution contained in it is cloudy. If after inspection of the contents of the container it is established that the solution is transparent and contains no particles, the container is checked for leaks, for which it is strongly compressed by hand. If a leak is detected, the container is considered unfit because its sterility is impaired. It is necessary to use bags within 15 days, from the moment of opening the blister pack. Do not use the same system for blood transfusions, 4 erythrocyte suspensions and intravenous infusions of other medicines.
