    Composition:Chamomile flowers.
    Characteristic:
    Chamomile flowers contain essential oil, flavonoids, kumarbny, organic acids, ascorbic acid, carotene, gums, polysaccharides, bitter and other biologically active substances.
    Description:Uneven mixture of flower baskets and their parts, passing through a sieve with holes of 5 mm. Separate yellow tubular and white reed florets and their fragments; pieces of crochet or whole, greyish-green, conical, glabrous, finely oval outside and hollow inside, sometimes with partially preserved tubular, rarely marginal ligulate flowers and yellowish-green or grayish-green leaves of wrapping. The color is greenish-yellow with white, greyish-green and yellowish-brown impregnations.
    The smell is strong, fragrant. The taste of water extract is spicy, bitter, slightly slimy.

    A.01.A.B   Antimicrobials for topical use in diseases of the oral cavity

    Pharmacodynamics:Infusion of chamomile flowers has anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic and moderately antimicrobial effect, reduces the processes of fermentation in the intestine, increases the secretion of digestive glands.
    Indications:Applied internally in a complex therapy for chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, with chronic enteritis, chronic colitis, flatulence, intestinal spasms, diarrhea.
    Locally - for rinses with infectious and inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs and oral cavity (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, stomatitis, gingivitis).
    In the form of microclystia is used for spastic colitis, hemorrhoids.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the drug.

    Pregnancy and lactation:Application during pregnancy and during lactation is possible if the expected benefit for the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and the baby. It is necessary to consult a doctor.

    Dosing and Administration:About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of chamomile flowers are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of cooled boiled water,covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material was squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
    Infusion taken orally 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - 2-3 tablespoons; children from 7 to 12 years - 1-2 tablespoons; children from 3 to 6 years - 1 tablespoon; children under 3 years - 1 teaspoonful.
    For rinses of the oral cavity and pharynx use 1 / 2-1 glass infusion 3-5 times a day in a warm form.
    In the form of an enema, 50 ml of warm infusion is introduced into the rectum.
    Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
    Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible.
