    Composition:

    1 bottle contains:

    5 mg of lyophilizate (a preparation of a polypeptide nature obtained by extracting prostate tissue from bulls and bulls reaching puberty) and 10 mg of glycine.

    Description:

    Lyophilized mass in the form of a tablet, lumps or powder, white or white with a yellowish hue.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Helps reduce edema, leukocyte infiltration and venous thrombosis of the prostate gland, normalizes the secretory function of epithelial cells, increases the number of lecigan grains in the secretion of the acini, stimulates the muscle tonus of the bladder.

    Reduces thrombus formation, has antiaggregant activity.

    Indications:

    Samprost is used in adults for the treatment of chronic prostatitis and complications after operations on the prostate gland.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug.

    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is administered intramuscularly at 5-10 mg once a day for 5-10 days.

    Before the introduction, the drug is dissolved in 1 ml of 0.25-0.5% solution of procaine, 0.9% sodium chloride solution or water for injection.

    If necessary, repeat the course (in 1-6 months).

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:There was no negative impact on the ability to drive vehicles and mechanisms.

    Packaging:10 bottles in a pack of cardboard with instructions for use.
    When packaged with a solvent - 5 bottles of the drug and 5 ampoules of 2 ml with a solution of sodium chloride isotonic 0.9% in a pack of cardboard with a knife scarifier and instructions for use.
    Storage conditions:

    In the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 20 ° C.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    3 years.

    Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.
