    Composition:

    1 suppository contains:

    active substance: prostate extract 50 mg, based on water-soluble peptides 10 mg;

    bases for suppositories: fat is solid (Witepsol, grades H 15, W 35, Supposir, brand NA 15, NAS 50) - a sufficient amount to obtain a suppository with a mass of 1.25 g.

    Description:

    Suppositories from white to white with a yellowish or grayish-brownish hue of color, torpedo-shaped.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Vitaprost® has an organotropic effect on the prostate gland. Reduces the degree of edema, leukocyte infiltration of the prostate, normalizes the secretory function of epithelial cells, increases the number of lecithin grains in the secretion of the acini, stimulates the muscle tone of the bladder.Improves microcirculation in the prostate gland due to a decrease in thrombus formation, antiplatelet activity, prevents the development of venous thrombosis in the prostate gland.

    Vitaprost® normalizes the parameters of the prostate gland and ejaculate. Reduces pain and discomfort, eliminates dysuric phenomena, improves copulatory function.

    Indications:

    Chronic prostatitis, conditions before and after surgical interventions on the prostate gland.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Rectally, 1 suppository after spontaneous emptying of the intestine or enema once a day. After the introduction of the suppository, it is desirable to stay in bed for 30-40 minutes. The duration of the course of treatment with Vitaprost® is at least 10 days.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    No cases of an overdose of Vitaprost® were reported.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    The use of the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

    Form release / dosage:Suppositories rectal 10 mg.
    Packaging:

    5 suppositories in contour cell packaging from a polyvinyl chloride film or a polyvinylchloride film, laminated with polyethylene.

    One or two contour packs together with instructions for medical use of the drug are placed in a pack of cardboard.

    Storage conditions:

    In a place inaccessible to children, at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° C.

    Shelf life:

    2 years.

    Do not use the drug after the expiration date.
