Solcoseryl is a chemically and biologically standardized deproteinized dialysate derived from the blood of healthy dairy calves by ultrafiltration. Solcoseryl contains a wide range of natural low molecular weight compounds up to 5000 Dalton: glycolipids, nucleosides and nucleotides, amino acids, oligopeptides, microelements, electrolytes, intermediate products of carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Solcoseryl activates the transport of oxygen and nutrients at the cellular level, increases the oxygen consumption of the cell, stimulates the synthesis of ATP,strengthens the proliferation of reversibly damaged cells, especially under conditions of hypoxia, thereby accelerating the processes of wound healing. Solcoseryl stimulates angiogenesis, promotes revascularization of ischemic tissues, as well as the creation of conditions favorable for collagen synthesis and growth of fresh granulation tissue, accelerates re-epithelialization and wound closure. Solcoseryl also has a membrane-stabilizing and cytoprotective effect.

Polidocanol 600 is a local anesthetic; acts in the peripheral nerve endings, causing their reversible blocking. Has a fast and prolonged local anesthetic effect. After the paste is applied to the oral mucosa, the pain is eliminated after 2-5 minutes; anesthesia persists for 3-5 hours.

Solkoseril dental adhesive paste forms a protective therapeutic layer on the affected area of the oral mucosa and protects it from mechanical and chemical damage within 3-5 hours, performing the function of a medicinal bandage.
