    Pharmacodynamics:

    Stimulation of the synthesis of α- and β-interferons, mobilization and activation of macrophages, suppression of the synthesis of inflammatory cytokines (IL-1, -6, -8 and TNF-α), stimulation of the synthesis of antibodies to various antigens (including HIV antigens and opportunistic pathogens infections), suppression of viral replication.

    • Correction of weakened immunity in immunodeficient states.
    • Treatment of HIV infection.
    • Enhance immune defense against infections.

    • Reduction of inflammation (redness, swelling, itching, burning, pain) of mucous membranes and skin, as well as dryness of mucous membranes.

    Adequate and well-controlled studies in humans and animals have not been conducted. Use with caution! There is no information on the penetration into breast milk. The use is contraindicated!

    The drug is prescribed for adults and children over 12 years at a dose of 10 mg orally once a day, or 1-2 mg in the form of 0.02-0.04% solution for local treatment of mucous membranes and skin 1 time per day.

    The results of clinical trials show that activation of local immunity positively influences the course of erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastroduodenal zone in elderly patients.The drug can be recommended both in the form of monotherapy, and in combination with amoxicillin, metronidazole and omeprazole.

    Activation local gut mucosal immunity is effective for the treatment of intestinal dysbiosis and irritable bowel syndrome, wherein the preparation can be recommended as a monotherapy (microclysters).
