It is necessary to amend the instructions for the use of registered codeine-containing medications, in the part of adding the "Contraindications" section to the following information:
1. Codeine-containing drugs are contraindicated for the treatment of cough and cold in children under 12 years old, as well as children and adolescents aged 12 to 18 years in the presence of respiratory pathology (eg, bronchial asthma and other chronic respiratory diseases).
2.It is not recommended for patients with high activity of cytochrome P450 enzymes (CYP2D6).
