FGBU "NTSESMP" of the Ministry of Health of Russia informs that during the analysis information on the use of the drug Trigan-D, cases of the use of the drug "Trigan-D" to cause hallucinations, including by minors, have been revealed.

According to the database "Farmakonadzor" AIS Roszdravnadzor, as of April 18, 2017, Roszdravnadzor received a report on the abuse of the drug Trigan-D.

Currently, drugs containing dicycloridine, are dispensed by pharmacy organizations without a prescription.

Given new information about the facts of drug abuse, containing dicycloridine, with OTC leave, the expected benefit does not exceed the risks associated with the safety of its use.

Based on the foregoing, we believe that in order to prevent the emergence of a threat to life and health, it is necessary:

- change the conditions for the dispensing of medicinal products containing dicycloridine (monopreparations and combined medicines), on a prescription vacation.

- in the section "Side effect", the indicated preparations, it is necessary to indicate hallucinations (with unknown frequency).
