    Tablets of flat-cylindrical form with a risk and facet, pink or mauve with white and dark impregnations.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, has astringent, antacid, spasmolytic and mild laxative effect. Magnesium carbonate and sodium hydrogen carbonate reduce the acidity of gastric juice, reduce the activity of pepsin.Bismuth nitrate forms a protective film on the gastric mucosa, providing an anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, reparative effect. The rhizome of aira has an antispasmodic effect, the buckthorn bark is a laxative.

    Indications:

    Stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer, hyperacid gastritis (with a tendency to constipation).

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, hypoacid gastritis, kidney failure, pregnancy, lactation period, children's age.

    Against the background of taking M-holinoblokatorov or H2-gistaminoblokatorov reduces the need for the use of the drug. Reduces absorption of tetracyclines.In combination with other preparations containing bismuth, the concentration of bismuth in the blood increases.

    It is necessary to take into account the possibility of developing encephalopathy associated with the accumulation of bismuth in the central nervous system with prolonged use of the drug in high doses.

    It is inappropriate to appoint patients with peptic ulcer in combination with chronic appendicitis, enterocolitis, cholecystitis and a patient with a tendency to bleeding.
