    Composition:

    1 tablet contains 350 mg of bismuth subnitrate as active substances; 400 mg of magnesium carbonate basic (magnesium hydroxycarbonate); 200 mg of sodium bicarbonate; 25 mg buckthorn bark in powder; 25 mg of rhizome rhizome in powder.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, has astringent, antacid, spasmolytic and mild laxative effect. Magnesium carbonate basic and sodium hydrogen carbonate reduce the acidity of gastric juice, reduce the activity of pepsin.Bismuth nitrate forms a protective film on the gastric mucosa, providing an anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, reparative effect. Aira rhizome exerts spasmolytic action, buckthorn bark - laxative.
