    Description:

    Tablets of light-brown color with appreciable impregnations, in a break of light brown color, homogeneous or with impregnations of dark color, planocylindrical with a facet and risk.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, has astringent, antacid, spasmolytic and mild laxative effect. Magnesium carbonate and sodium hydrogen carbonate reduce the acidity of gastric juice, reduce the activity of pepsin. Bismuth nitrate forms a protective film on the gastric mucosa, providing an anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, reparative effect. Included in the composition of ayr and kellin have spasmolytic effect, buckthorn-laxative.

    Indications:

    Stomach ulcer and duodenal ulcer, hyperacid gastritis.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, hypoacid gastritis, kidney failure, pregnancy, lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:
    Inside 1-2 tablets 3 times a day after meals with 1/4 cup of warm water (tablets should be crushed or dissolved in the specified amount of water). The course of treatment is 1-2 months. Repeated course - after consultation with a doctor.
