    Composition:

    For one tablet:

    Active substances: bismuth subnitrate - 350 mg; magnesium carbonate basic - 400 mg; sodium hydrogen carbonate - 200 mg; bark toruins - 25 mg; rhizome aIra - 25 mg; kellin - 5 mg; rutozide (rutin) - 5 mg.

    Excipients: potato starch - 66 mg, stearic acid - 8 mg, talcum - 16 mg.

    Description:

    Tablets, flat-cylindrical shape, with a risk and facet, light brown in color with noticeable impregnations, in a broken pale brown color, homogeneous or interspersed.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug, has astringent, antacid, spasmolytic and mild laxative effect. Magnesium hydroxycarbonate and sodium hydrogen carbonate reduce the acidity of gastric juice, reduce the activity of pepsin.Bismuth subnitrate forms a protective film on the mucous membrane of the stomach, providing an anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, reparative effect. Included in the composition of ayr and kellin have spasmolytic effect, buckthorn bark - laxative.

    Indications:

    In the complex therapy for peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, hyperacid gastritis (increased secretory function of the stomach).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, decreased secretory function of the stomach, kidney failure, pregnancy, lactation.
