Description:Rhizome pieces of different shape, passing through the sieve with openings of 2 mm. The color of the rhizomes is yellowish white, whitish-beige, sometimes with a partially preserved yellowish-brown or brownish stopper, in the fracture they are loose, porous. The smell is strong, fragrant, characteristic. The taste of water extract is spicy-bitter.

Pharmacodynamics:

Rhizome ordinary akorin contain bitter substance, essential oils, tannins, resins, ascorbic acid and other biologically active substances.

Irritating the taste buds of the mucous membranes of the mouth and tongue,the infusion of the rhizomes of the aura reflexively increases the secretion of gastric juice, increases appetite and improves digestion. It has spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, choleretic and diuretic effects.

Pharmacokinetics:Not studied.

Indications:

In complex therapy with reduced secretion of the gastrointestinal tract (chronic gastritis), dyspeptic disorders, dyskinesia of bile ducts in the hypokinetic type, chronic cholecystitis.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children's age (up to 12 years).

Dosing and Administration:

4 filter packs (6 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then the filter bags are squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

Take inside in a warm form for 1/4 cup 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
