    Composition:

    Acilact is a microbial mass of living antagonistically active lactobacilli of acidophilic strains Lactobacillus acidophilus 100аш, NK1, K3W24, lyophilized in a culture medium with the addition of a protective (sucrose-gelatin-lactic) drying medium molded in a suppository.

    Composition per 1 suppository (1 dose).

    Active ingredient: Acylactate, substance-powder with the content of living cells of lactobacillus acidophilic no less than 107- 3-8 %.

    Components of the protective environment of drying (sucrose-gelatin-lactic): sucrose - 0.7- 0.75%; gelatin - 0,12-0,13%; skim milk (return) - 1,2-1,3%.

    Excipients: fat confectionary or fat hard imported - 75-80%; paraffin oil solid -5-10%; emulsifier T-2 -5-10%.

    Description:

    Suppositories from yellowish gray to light beige, cone or cylindrical with a specific smell of fat; Color heterogeneity in the form of inclusions or "marbling" is allowed, darkening of light-brown color on the cone-shaped end of the suppository.

    Pharmacodynamics:Acylact has a high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and opportunistic microbes, including Staphylococcus spp, Escherichia coli, Proteus spp, which determines the corrective action of the drug for violations of microbiocenosisof the gal. Candidiasis does not recommend the use of acylactone, since in some cases the pH of the vagina is shifted to the acidic side, contributing to the growth of fungi.
    Indications:

    - Colpitis, caused by opportunistic microorganisms. Assign as an independent agent or after the end of the course of antibiotic therapy;

    - vaginal dysbiosis, including bacterial vaginosis. Assigned as standalone environmentsor in complex therapy;

    - senile colpitis hormonal nature. Assign a background of specific hormone therapy; .

    - subacute and chronic infevascular diseases of the vagina. Assign after end of antibiotic therapy for rehabilitation;

    - for the prevention of postoperative infectious complications in the preparation for routine gynecological operations, in cases; if antibiotic prophylaxis is not applied, or after its termination, since antimicrobial chemotherapeutic agents will neutralize the action of lactobacilli acidophilus;

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. It is not recommended for vulvovaginal candidiasis.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Prior to intravaginal administration, the packaging material is removed from the suppository.

    - In the treatment of colpitis caused by opportunistic microorganisms, Acylactum is prescribed 1 suppository 2 times a day for 5-10 days.

    - In the treatment of vaginal dysbiosis, including bacterial vaginosis, Acylactum is prescribed 1 suppository 2 timesand a day for 5-10 days.
