The preparation is a microbial mass of living antagonistically active lactobacilli of acidophilic strains Lactobacillus acidophilus 100аш, NK₁, TO₃W₂₄, lyophilized in a culture medium with the addition of a protective sucrose-gelatin-lactic medium, formed into medical suppositories. One suppository (1 dose) contains live lactobacilli of acidophilus - at least 10⁷, auxiliary substances - confectionery fat from 75 to 80%, paraffin oil hard from 5 to 10%, emulsifier from 5 to 10%.

Description:Suppositories of a cone-shaped or cylindrical shape,yellowish-gray or different shades of beige color, heterogeneity of the color in the form of inclusions or "marbling" is possible, it is possible to color the tip of the suppository from pale yellow to light brown, have a specific smell of confectionery fat.

Pharmacodynamics:Acylact has a high antagonistic activity against pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microbes, including staphylococci, enteropathogenic coliforms, protea, which determines the corrective effect of the drug for violations of bacteriocenosis of female genitalia.

Indications:

Appointment: treatment of patients with vaginal dysbiosis and nonspecific inflammatory processes of the vagina.

Indications for use:

- nonspecific colpites. Assign as an independent agent or after the end of the course of antibiotic therapy;

- vaginal dysbiosis, including bacterial vaginosis. Assign as an independent tool or in a complex therapy;

- subacute and chronic stages of inflammatory processes of the female sexual sphere. Assign after the end of the course of antibiotic therapy for the purpose of rehabilitation;

- hormonally dependent colpitis, senile, etc. Assign as an independent agent or against a background of specific hormone therapy;

- preparation for planned gynecological operations for the purpose of preventing postoperative infectious complications;

- Prenatal preparation of pregnant women at risk for the development of inflammatory diseases in order to prevent and treat vaginal dysbiosis;

- as an adjuvant in combination and after a specific antimicrobial, antiviral and immunomodulatory therapy in the treatment of urogenital infections and sexually transmitted diseases (gonorrhea, urogenital chlamydia, urogenital herpes, etc.);

Combined use of suppositories and one of the oral forms of acylactone is recommended.

Contraindications:

Not installed.

It is not recommended for vulvovaginal candidiasis.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Lactobacilli are representatives of normal human microflora.Therefore, drugs made on their basis, can be used in pregnancy and lactation.

Dosing and Administration:

Prior to intravaginal administration, the packaging material is removed from the suppository.

When treating senile vaginitis of hormonal nature and dysbiosis of the vagina, the drug is applied to 1 suppository 2 times a day for 5-10 days.

When the purity of vaginal secretion in pregnant women is violated III-IV degree of the drug used for 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 5-10 or more days under the control of the restoration of purity of the vaginal secretion to I-II degree and disappearance of clinical symptoms.

In order to prevent purulent-septic complications, 1 suppository is used 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days before the proposed operation or delivery.

For the purpose of restorative therapy after the use of antibiotics, apply 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 10 days. The course is repeated according to the doctor's prescription after 10-20 days.

Side effects:Not identified.

Interaction:The use of acylact suppositories can be combined with the simultaneous administration of antimicrobial, antiviral and immunomodulatory therapy.It is not recommended simultaneous vaginal use of antibacterial drugs with acylactus suppositories.

Special instructions:The drug does not affect the performance of activities requiring special attention and quick reactions (management of vehicles, machinery, etc.).
