The dose depends on the area of the lesion and ranges from 30 to 60 ME on 1 sq. cm of surface, on the average - 300 ME on the bandage. The dressing is applied daily for 15-18 hours for 15-60 days. With long-term use every 2 weeks make a break for 3-4 days.
When applying by electrophoresis the contents of the bottle (300 ME) is dissolved in 60 ml of distilled water, 2-3 drops of 0.1% hydrochloric acid are added and injected from the anode onto the affected area for 20-30 minutes. The course of treatment - 15-20 sessions. The prepared solution should be used within 24 hours. Application dosage can be alternated with electrophoresis.
