Macrogol Glycerylricinoleate (Cremophor EL), glycerol, propylene glycol, beta-apocarotin aldehyde (Dye E 160e), citric acid, ethanol (96%), butyl hydroxy anisole, potassium sorbate, orange flavor, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium saccharinate, water.

Description:

Transparent solution of yellow or yellow-orange color with an orange smell.

Pharmacodynamics:

Combined drug containing a complex of vitamins, iron and vegetable extracts of fruits and flowers of hawthorn, grass motherwort.

The drug replenishes the absolute and relative deficiency of vitamins and iron, participates in the regulation of redox processes and metabolism, stabilizes the activity of the cardiovascular system, has a sedative effect, stimulates the synthesis of hemoglobin.

Indications:

- prevention of hypovitaminosis;

- increased need for vitamins (increased physical and mental loads, recovery period after illnesses, surgical interventions) especially in the elderly;

- astheno-neurotic states (as part of complex therapy).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, high iron content in the body, pregnancy period, children's age.

Carefully:

patients with liver disease, epilepsy, brain damage.

Dosing and Administration:

Inside, 1 tablespoon 2 times a day before or during meals.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose:

If the recommended dose is met, an overdose of vitamins is excluded.

In case of accidental overdose, consult a doctor. Treatment of an overdose is symptomatic.

Interaction:

Iron reduces the absorption of antibiotics of the tetracycline group. Ascorbic acid increases the concentration in the blood of salicylates, ethinyl estradiol, benzylpenicillin and tetracyclines.

Antacids reduce the absorption of iron.

Special instructions:

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

The drug contains 15% alcohol. At each admission the patient receives 2.25 g of alcohol. It is not recommended simultaneous reception with other multivitamin preparations in order to avoid an overdose.

Perhaps, the color of urine is yellow, which is explained by the presence of riboflavin in the preparation and disappears after the drug has been taken.

During storage, cloudiness of the solution is possible, which does not affect the quality of the preparation. It is recommended to shake before use.

Form release / dosage:

Elixir. To 30, 50 ml, 200 ml in bottles made of brown glass (type III by EP) and screwed with a plastic cover with a fixing ring.

100 ml, 200 ml and 500 ml in bottles made of brown glass (type III according to EF), screwed with a plastic lid with a measuring cup.

The vial along with the instruction is placed in a cardboard box.
