    Pharmacodynamics:

Moriamin® Forte compensates for the deficiency of vitamins and amino acids that make up the drug.

Vitamins are an important part of the enzymatic systems of the basic metabolic processes in the body. A well balanced ratio of essential amino acids provides optimal conditions for their inclusion in protein biosynthesis. The hydrochloride, which is part of the hydroxyanthranilic acid preparation, is a factor that activates the essential amino acids with the help of vitamins to participate in protein biosynthesis.

Moriamin® Forte is a combined preparation, the effect of which is due to the effects of vitamins and the essential amino acids that make up its composition.Prevents the phenomenon of vitamin deficiency, normalizes carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, stimulates the immune defense of the body, accelerates the recovery of working capacity after overwork, reduces the damaging effect of unfavorable environmental factors.

Ascorbic acid. Ascorbic acid It is necessary to increase the body's resistance to infections. Ascorbic acid provides collagen synthesis, helps maintain skin health. Affects the formation of hemoglobin and the maturation of red blood cells.

Ergocalciferol regulates the exchange of calcium and phosphorus ions, the process of building the structure of bones; of theyshAbsorption of calcium ions in the intestine, protein synthesis in the small intestine, liver and bones; excretion of phosphates by the kidneys. Ergocalciferol is necessary for the formation of fetal bone tissue.

Nicotinamide stabilizes the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, a system of xenobiotics metabolism. Nicotinamide normalizes microcirculation. Participates in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride as coenzyme takes part in the metabolism of amino acids and proteins, in the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Retinol palmitate. Retinol palmitate is a necessary component for the normal function of the retina of the eye: it binds to opsin (the red pigment of the reticular membrane), forming a visual purple rhodopsin, necessary for visual adaptation in the dark. Retinol palmitate is necessary for bone growth, normal reproductive function, embryonic development, for regulation of epithelial division and differentiation (promotes reproduction of skin epithelial cells and rejuvenates the cell population, inhibits keratinization processes). Retinol palmitate takes part as a cofactor in various biochemical processes.

Riboflavin - a catalyst for the processes of cellular respiration and peroxidation of endogenous substances and xenobiotics, glucuronation.

Thiamine mononitrate - the precursor of cocarboxylase, which is a coenzyme in many biochemical reactions, is involved in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. The substance is necessary for the normal course of the processes of growth and development. Thiamine, being a water-soluble compound, is not stored in the body and does not possess toxic properties.

Alpha-tocopherol acetate has antioxidant properties, provides protection of unsaturated fatty acids in membranes from lipoperoxidation; participates in the formation of intercellular substance, collagen and elastic fibers of connective tissue, smooth. musculature of blood vessels, digestive tract. Favorably affects the peripheral circulation.

Calcium pantothenate is an integral part of coenzyme A, participates in the processes of acetylation and oxidation of carbohydrates and fats, the synthesis of fatty acids and steroids from carbohydrates, in the implementation of conjugation of glycolysis, the Krebs cycle and the oxidation of fats. Calcium pantothenate stimulates the processes of regeneration of the epithelium and endothelium, promotes the healing of wounds.

Cyanocobalamin together with folic acid participates in the synthesis of nucleotides, in the formation of erythrocytes and cells of nerve membranes, is necessary for the growth of the organism. Folic acid in the body is restored to tetrahydrofolic acid, which is a coenzyme involved in various metabolic processes.Stimulates erythropoiesis, participates in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleic acids, purines, pyrimidines, in the exchange of choline.

Moriamin® Forte contains 8 basic crystalline amino acids, 11 vitamins and an amino acid metabolite (hydroxyantranilic acid hydrochloride) in a well-balanced proportion. Active ingredients are prepared in the form of 7 kinds of granules of different colors, for maximum stability in storage and indifference to each other. Advanced granulation technology is used to achieve a slow, well-balanced release of active substances from individual granules. Due to this, the drug is characterized by good tolerability, a long period of effectiveness and convenient use.

    Pharmacokinetics:

The drug is absorbed mainly in the small intestine, with a bioavailability of about 98%, then the active components enter the liver, where one part of the essential amino acids participates in the biosynthesis of the protein, the other part enters the blood as nutrients of the serum, changing the concentration of plasma amino acids, then recycled , is transformed or metabolized. The action of the drug is the cumulative effect of its components, therefore carrying out kinetic observations is not possible, since all components can not be traced together.

    Indications:

Treatment of deficiency of amino acids and prevention of hypoavitaminosis arising as a result of various diseases (chronic liver diseases, chronic renal failure, in patients after surgical interventions and oncological patients).

    Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity; children under 3 years; hypervitaminosis A and D.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

Use during pregnancy and during lactation is possible only in those situations where the potential benefit from using the drug in the mother exceeds the possible risk for the fetus or the child, reducing the dose to meet the daily needs of this category of patients (1 capsule 3 times a day).

    Dosing and Administration:

Inside. Children from 3 to 4 years - 1 capsule a day, for children over 4 years and adults - 1-2 capsules three times a day (the granules can be dissolved in warm milk).

The course of treatment is at least 2 months and, if necessary, can be continued or repeated.

For prevention (based on daily needs), children from 3 to 12 years of age are prescribed 1 capsule per day, for children over 12 years and adults - 1-2 capsules per day. The course of preventive treatment is at least 3 months and, if necessary, can be continued or repeated.

    Precautions for use

    Use with caution in diabetes.

Side effects:Allergic reactions to the components of the drug are possible.
    Overdose:

Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, pale skin.

Treatment for overdose: gastric lavage, reception of activated charcoal, symptomatic therapy.

    Interaction:

Ascorbic acid slows the excretion of barbiturates, salicylates, sulfonamides. Pyridoxine hydrochloride increases decarboxylation of levodopa in peripheral tissues. Cardiac glycosides increase the risk of hypercalcaemia caused by ergocalciferol.

Antiepileptic medicines (LS) increase metabolism and excretion of ergocalciferol with bile.

Methotrexate, trimethoprim, pyrimethamine, triamterene, sulfasalazine, antiepileptic drugs reduce the absorption of folic acid (folate deficiency).

Laxative drugs, which include mineral oil, and colestramine reduce the absorption of retinol palmitate, ergocalciferol and alpha-tocopherol acetate.

Biguanides reduce the absorption of cyanocobalamin.

Fluorouracil, vinblastine, bleomycin, cisplatin disrupt the absorption of retinol palmitate, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Penicillamine, isoniazid reduce the effectiveness of thiamine mononitrate, increasing its excretion.

Isoniazid reduces the effectiveness of pyridoxine.

Oral contraceptives (estrogens) increase the concentration in the blood serum of retinol palmitate and ascorbic acid, reduce the concentration of folic acid.

Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

The drug does not adversely affect the ability to drive vehicles and perform other potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
