Description:

Capsules, cap - orange, body - white. The contents of the capsule powder are from light yellow to light brown in color.

Pharmacodynamics:

Has a toning, restorative and psycho-stimulating effect. Increases the tone of blood vessels, positively affects the exchange of amino acids, lipids, histamine. It improves the functional activity of the cardiovascular and nervous systems, increases mental and physical performance, and the adaptive capacity of the organism. It reduces lethargy, drowsiness, a sense of fatigue.

Indications:

Asthenic syndrome, neurasthenic syndrome, prolonged mental and physical fatigue, to enhance the body's resistance to stressful situations and adverse environmental effects,to improve health in the recovery period after the illnesses, to improve efficiency and concentration.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, hypertension, increased nervous excitability, insomnia, epilepsy, increased bleeding, febrile syndrome on the background of acute infectious diseases, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children under 12 years.

Dosing and Administration:

Adults and children over 12 years old take in for 30-40 minutes before meals 2 capsules 2 times a day (morning and afternoon), without chewing, squeezed with a small amount of water. The course of treatment is 35-40 days.

Repeated courses are possible in 2-3 weeks according to the doctor's prescription.

Side effects:

Possible allergic reactions, increased blood pressure, tachycardia, headache, epistaxis, nervousness, insomnia, hypoglycemia, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Overdose:

When the recommended dosage is exceeded, it is possible to increase dose-dependent side effects. Treatment: symptomatic.

Interaction:

Strengthens the action of psychostimulants and analeptics (including caffeine, camphor, etc.).It shows antagonism when interacting with drugs that depress the central nervous system (antiepileptic drugs, neuroleptics, tranquilizers and sedatives). Enhances the effect of hypoglycemic drugs. Strengthens the effect of warfarin. Increases the risk of developing resistance to loop diuretics.

Special instructions:

Therapeutic effect is observed after 2 weeks of taking the drug. There is a clearly pronounced seasonality of action: application in autumn and winter is most effective.

Do not use the drug in the afternoon.
