    Pharmacodynamics:

    Tonic and adaptogenic agent, contains fatty and essential oils, glycosides (panaxin, panaxosides A and B, panavilon), saponins, sterols and minerals.Activates the function of the adrenal glands, reduces the cholesterol in the blood. Stimulates the central nervous system, reduces general weakness, drowsiness, raises blood pressure, improves mental activity, normalizes sexual function.

    Indications:

    It is used to treat arterial hypotension, neuroses, neurocirculatory dystonia, hypotonic type, asthenia. It is used as a stimulant for mental and physical overloads, as well as in the period of reconvalescence.

    Contraindications:

    Arterial hypertension, insomnia, increased excitability, febrile syndrome, liver cirrhosis, epilepsy, alcoholism, individual intolerance, children under 12 years.

    Carefully:

    Cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypersensitivity.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside for 200 mg (1 tablet) once a day; tincture - 15-25 drops 2-3 times a day.

    Side effects:

    Central and peripheral nervous system: agitation, insomnia, headache.

    The cardiovascular system: arterial hypertension, epistaxis, tachycardia.

    Digestive system: hypoglycemia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

    Overdose:

    Interaction:

    Strengthens the effects of analeptics and psychostimulants, hypoglycemic drugs, warfarin.

    Reduces the effect of drugs that depress the central nervous system: anxiolytics, barbiturates, antiepileptic drugs.

    Special instructions:

    It is recommended to take the drug in the morning, in order to avoid increased excitability of the central nervous system before bedtime.

    The greatest effectiveness of the drug was noted in the autumn-winter period.
