4 filter packs (6.0 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Infusion is used: inside - 1/4 - 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals, externally - in the form of baths or lotions. The course of treatment is 1-2 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
