Description:

The liquid is from light brown to dark brown, in a thin layer is transparent, with a characteristic odor. During storage, slight opalescence may appear and youadduction of precipitate.

Pharmacodynamics:

It has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, tonic and restorative effect on the body, increases the general nonspecific resistance of the organism, improves appetite, physical and mental performance.

Indications:

Mental and physical overwork, asthenic sosdifferent etiology, neurasthenia, arterial hypotension (low blood pressure), recovery period after infectious diseases and postoperative period.

Contraindications:

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, hypertension (high blood pressure), cardiac rhythm disturbance, myocardial infarction, cerebral vascular pathology, increased excitability, epilepsy, convulsions, insomnia, acute infectious diseases, chronic liver diseases. The drug is not recommended for use in pregnancy, during breastfeeding, children under 12 years.

Dosing and Administration:

The drug is used inside before meals in the morning. Adults appoint 20-30 drops 2-3 times a day. Children over 12 years - in a dose of 1 drop per 1 year of life. The course of treatment is 25-30 days.

Side effects:

Possible allergic reactions, insomnia, hypoglycemia, headache, tachycardia.

Overdose:

Interaction:

Strengthens the action of stimulants of the central nervous system, is an antagonist of drugs that depress the central nervous system (including neuroleptics, barbiturates, anxiolytics, antieleptic drugs means).

With simultaneous use with digoxin it is possible increase in concentration in the blood plasma of the latter; with hypoglycemic drugs, drugs (including insulin) and anticoagulants may enhance effect.

Special instructions:

The drug should not be used in the afternoon to avoid insomnia. When hypoglycemia occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose of the drug, take it after a meal or cancel the drug.

The maximum single dose of the drug contains 0.43 grams of absolute ethyl alcohol (30 drops), the maximum daily dose of 1.4 grams of absolute ethyl alcohol (90 drops).
