Preparations of eleutherococcus increase the effect of stimulants of the central nervous system and analeptics (including caffeine, camphor, phenamine), are physiological antagonists of drugs that depress the central nervous system (including neuroleptics, barbiturates, tranquilizers, anticonvulsant drugs).
With simultaneous use with digoxin, an increase in the concentration in the blood plasma of the latter is possible; with hypoglycemic drugs (including insulin) and anticoagulants may enhance the effect.
