About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of ground grass are placed in enamel or glassware, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, raw materials squeeze out. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
It is possible to prepare the infusion in a thermos: 5 g of herbs pour 200-250 ml of steep boiling water and insist for 1 hour.
Take inside in a warm form on 1/4 -1/2 glasses 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is from 10 to 30 days.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
