Pharmacodynamics:

Grass wool Erva contains flavonoids, sterols, phenolic acids, feruloylamides, alkaloids and other biologically active substances.

Infusion of herb wool grass has a diuretic, as well as a moderate anti-inflammatory effect.At the same time, elimination of sodium and calcium ions and, to some extent, of potassium ions was noted. When using the drug, there is also a tendency to decrease the urea content in the blood serum.

Indications:

As part of complex therapy in adults as a diuretic with a moderately pronounced edematous syndrome, infectious and inflammatory diseases of the kidneys (pyelonephritis).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug. Osteoporosis, diseases accompanied by increased excretion of calcium from the body, including hypoparathyroidism, rickets, renal osteodystrophy. Pregnancy, lactation, age under 18 years.

Dosing and Administration:

About 5 grams (1 tablespoon) of herbs are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

It is possible to prepare the infusion in a thermos. 5 g (1 tablespoon) herbs pour 200-250 ml of steep boiling water and insist for 1 hour.Take inside in a warm form 1/2 - 1/4 cup 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 10-30 days.

Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
