    Description:

    Tablets are round, flat-cylindrical with a chamfer, from white with a yellowish tint to yellow with a brownish tint of color with impregnations of a darker color.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Has an anti-inflammatory, moderate expectorant effect, stimulates the function of the adrenal cortex.

    Indications:

    As an expectorant in the complex therapy for diseases of the respiratory tract with difficult to separate sputum (including with mild forms of bronchial asthma).

    Eczema, allergic dermatitis, Addison's disease (diencephalic-pituitary forms, both independently,and in combination with adrenocorticotropic hormone), asthenic conditions and hypotonic syndrome, hypofunction of the adrenal cortex against the background of long-term therapy with glucocorticosteroids, including the prevention of the "withdrawal" syndrome during the cessation of treatment glucocorticosteroids or reduce their dosage (as part of complex therapy).
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, severe organic damage to the heart and parenchymatous organs, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, age to 10 years.

    Dosing and Administration:Inside, 30 minutes before meals or 30 minutes after eating. Adults and children over 10 years - 1-2 tablets 2 times a day. In more severe cases, a single dose of the drug is 2 tablets 3-6 times a day. Duration of treatment - from 2 weeks to 6 months. The possibility of repeated courses, the dose of the drug and the duration of treatment are determined by the doctor.
    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible. With prolonged use in high doses, it is possible to delay the excretion of water from the body.

    Overdose:

    Possible impaired liver function. Treatment: symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    It is possible to strengthen the effect of drugs that stimulate the function of the adrenal cortex.

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    The use of the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
