To prepare the decoction, 10 g (3 tablespoons) of raw materials are placed in enameled pots, poured into 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, filtered, left raw materials squeeze out. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Adults take 1-3 tablespoons every 3-4 hours.
The broth is shaken before use.
