    Composition:

    Characteristic

    Corn posts with stigmas contain vitamins K and C, fatty oils, essential oil, carotenoids, saponins, flavonoids, etc.

    Description:

    Filiform pieces of sticks and stigmas passing through a sieve with holes of 7 mm. The color is brown, brownish-red, light yellow. The smell is weak, peculiar. Taste of water extract with a sensation of mucous.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Decoction of corn stalks with stigmas has a choleretic and diuretic effect.

    Indications:

    Chronic hepatitis, noncalculous cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia; edematous syndrome associated with impaired renal function.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug, cholelithiasis, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years.

    Dosing and Administration:

    About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of raw materials are placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature temperature 10 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.

    It is recommended to stir the broth before use.

    Inside take 1-3 tablespoons every 3-4 hours.
