10 g (3 tablespoons) of flowers are placed in a glass enamel dish, poured 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take orally in hot form 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - 1 glass; children from 7 to 12 years - 1/2 cup; children from 3 to 7 years - 1/3 cup; children up to 3 years - 1-2 tablespoons.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
