    Composition:Lime flowers.
    Description:

    The mixture of pieces of flowers, peduncles, bracts different shape passing through the sieve with openings of 2 mm.

    Color grayish green or greyish-yellow to yellow, dark yellow, brown, dark brown patches. The smell is weak, fragrant. The taste of water extract is sweetish, slightly astringent, with a sensation of mucus.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Lime flowers contain essential oil, flavonoids, polysaccharides, saponins, tannins and other biologically active substances.

    Infusion of linden flowers has a diaphoretic effect.

    Indications:

    Acute respiratory viral infections (symptomatic treatment).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug, pollinosis.

    Pregnancy and lactation:Perhaps, if the expected benefit for the mother exceeds the potential risk to the fetus and the baby. It is necessary to consult a doctor.
    Dosing and Administration:

    2 filter packets (3 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, close and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take orally in hot form 2-3 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - 1 glass; children from 7 to 12 years - 1/2 cup; children from 3 to 7 years - 1/3 cup; children under 3 years of age - 1-2 tablespoons.
