    Composition:

    1 ml of the preparation contains:

    Active substance: Sodium thiosulfate peitahydrate - 300 mg

    Excipients:

    sodium hydrogen carbonate - 20 mg, water for injections up to 1 ml.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Has a detoxification effect. When the compounds are poisoned with arsenic, mercury, lead forms non-poisonous sulfites. When poisoning with hydrocyanic acid and its salts (cyanides) forms less toxic rhodanous compounds.

    Indications:

    Poisoning with arsenic, mercury, lead compounds; hydrocyanic acid and its salts; salts of iodine, bromine.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, age to 18 years (due to lack of data), breastfeeding.

    Pregnancy and lactation:During pregnancy is used exclusively for life indications.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Intravenously slowly for 5-10 ml of a solution of 300 mg / ml (depending on the type and severity of intoxication).

    Side effects:Allergic reactions.
    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are unknown.

    Form release / dosage:

    Solution for intravenous administration 300 mg / ml.

    Packaging:

    5 ml or 10 ml in ampoules.

    5 ampoules per contour cell pack of polyvinyl chloride film. 1 or 2 contoured cell packs with ampoules with a scarifier ampoule ceramic or knife for opening ampoules and instructions for use in a pack of cardboard. When using ampoules with a fracture ring or break point, the knife or scarifier is not inserted.

    Storage conditions:

    Store in a dark place at a temperature of 2 to 30 ° C. Keep out of the reach of children.
