The prolonged use of eye drops in excessive doses can cause toxic effects. Treatment: antidote is unknown. Assign Activated carbon, gastric lavage, inhalation of oxygen, antipyretic and antiepileptic agents. To reduce blood pressure - fentolamine 5 mg on physiological solution slowly intravenously or 100 mg orally.
